Assero has been providing Security Risk Management and Safety personnel for International Organisations in excess of five years. After receiving a client brief Assero will proactively recruit for the persons with the appropriate skill set and experience. Only selecting candidates with the highest professional and moral fibre ensures the organisation to which they are assigned to support derives maximum value.

Each person recommended to a client by Assero whether on a short term task or embedded within an organisation for extended periods of time is subject to an extensive due diligence and interview process. Giving past experience Assero also acts on the behalf of the client to ensure that the consultant, project manager or advisor is personally suited to the organisation that he or she will be working within and reporting to. It is vital that the person is the right fit and has the correct experience to understand the specific client operations and risk management approach.

Assero clients are offered the opportunity to review interview notes, curriculum vitaes, and certificates of candidates. Further to this a phone interview or face to face interview can be arranged prior to deployment.
